Sprouting

You can use your shoots and sprouts on bread, toss them into crunchy salads or fry them gently in olive oil when preparing tasty casseroles, pancakes, omelette or rissoles; add them to soups, dips, muesli, pasta, rice, vegetables, fish and meat dishes.
